Important: An official method of unlocking the bootloader is not available, but there may be some unofficial methods available.
Unofficial methods are not recommended or supported by LineageOS, so use them at your own risk!
An unlocked bootloader is required to install LineageOS.

- Build for yourself
- Update to a newer build of the same LineageOS version
- Upgrade to a higher version of LineageOS (e.g. lineage-21 -> lineage-22.0)
Special boot modes
- Recovery: With the device powered off and plugged into USB port, hold Volume Up + Power. Keep holding both buttons until the “Android One” logo appears on the screen, then release Power but keep holding Volume Up.
- Bootloader/Fastboot/Download: With the device powered off and plugged into USB port, hold Volume Down + Power.
